Service Description

Relaxing guided meditation class using Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation as taught by the Gawler Foundation. This class is suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced meditators. No experience in Mindfulness is necessary. Regular Mindfulness is proven to help you: • Feel more calm • Increase serotonin and other feelgood hormones • Improve tissue/cell repair and healing • Increase mental clarity • Reduce anxiety, depression and anger  This 30 minute class is perfect for anyone who wants to reduce anxiety or excessive thinking and increase focus, productivity and boost your memory.
