When we participate in group meditation something quite lovely happens. Just being among others who want to connect to inner peace is a wonderful gift and it's much easier to connect to the stillness when you can't get up and make a cup of tea. Group meditation invites us to stay a little longer and before long, we're sitting in a fountain of bliss that we never thought was possible. So, bring your busy mind and together we'll see if we can discover the calm place within. Includes: Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation and Guided Meditation to expand your awareness. This class is suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced meditators. No experience is necessary. Regular meditation is proven to help you: • Feel more calm • Increase serotonin and other feelgood hormones • Improve tissue/cell repair and healing • Increase mental clarity • Reduce anxiety, depression and anger This 1-hour class is perfect for anyone who wants to reduce anxiety or excessive thinking and increase focus, productivity and boost your memory.
