This is a monthly online gathering where we focus on powerful ways to open our hearts and reprogram our beautiful selves so that we become better able to appreciate who we are. We cover things like… • Journal prompts to wake up your Divine Feminine and get your self-love compass back on track • Guided meditations to get your crown, heart and third eye chakras sparkling • Discussions around how to feel more connected and less lonely • What spirituality really means beyond a New Age or religious context • How to create a regular dialogue with your Soul and Higher Self • Tools to clear and de-programme outdated self-loathing and feelings of being unworthy • Gentle ways to self-soothe when you feel confused, angry or burnt out • Sophia Code readings to awaken the Divine Feminine in us all Join us on the first Wednesday of every month at 6.30-7.30pm AEST Become a member for $25 p.m. (no lock-in contracts you are are free to come and go), or pay per session $35.

To cancel or reschedule please let me know at least 12 hours in advance. Refunds will not be granted if cancellations are made within 12 hours of scheduled appointment.
