Service Description
Quieting down a busy mind is the first obstacle of meditation but there are some basic techniques you can learn that will set you up for life. In four weeks we'll cover the following… • Three core meditation techniques that you can use for the rest of your life • How to meditate without meditating • How long you should meditate in the beginning • What to do when your mind is hyperactive • Simple methods that will help you sleep • An insight into how meditation improves physical health • When NOT to meditate (yes, there are times when it's best not to) Each session runs for about 1 hour and the day/time can be arranged to suit your schedule. You can sign up as an individual participant, or do the course with a willing friend or partner. Undertaking a program like this offers the opportunity for you to ask any questions as you navigate the wobbly beginnings of learning to meditate. The tools you learn will provide you with a deeper understanding of your mind and will set you up for a lifetime of increased inner peace in a way that works for you. Sessions are online via Zoom so you can be anywhere in the world.
