Journalling is a form of expressive writing which is proven to help increase self awareness which in turn helps lower anxiety and promotes inner healing. During this half-day workshop I'll take you through some methods that will help you get your thoughts out of your head and onto paper. Why journal? Because thoughts are energy and if they aren't given an outlet they swim around and won't transform or heal. By bringing our thoughts through the physical body and out onto the page, we give them new life. Once they have a physical outlet we become able to observe and interact with them in a new way. You don't need to be a good writer and you don't need to be able to spell or know grammar. Journalling is simply a creative expression that you'll learn to do your way. I'll provide you with some great tools that will make it easy irrespective of your current writing ability. No experience necessary. Includes bliss balls and chai tea.
