This is the equivalent of a 33% discount on the 3-session pack. Change can be easy or difficult, it usually depends on how far away our goal is from where we currently are. Working with a coach means you'll get to move through your blockages and find the space where you can take action again. Most of get stuck in procrastination because we either have too many things on our plate, or we're just a bit lost. Nothing wrong with either of those scenarios. That's just part of life.
