Whether you're struggling with career, communication, or just feel stuck, a life coaching session will you steer your way back to a place of confidence and clarity. By focusing on our thought patterns we can get back in touch with what really matters. Life isn't just a series of transactions, it's a deeply interconnected experience and once we awaken to that, we learn how to soar. But life coaching isn't just about the mind, it's about the heart and soul. Some of my clients struggle with wanting to change jobs but don't know what they want to do next. One teenage client was unsure about whether to go to uni or take a gap year. A motivated writer I worked with wanted a pay rise but didn't know how to ask. I've also coached people who are emotional eaters and want to create healthier habits. In all cases I listen deeply and help shine a light on your blind spots (we all have them!). Together, we locate what's at the heart of your desires and from there we create a plan that helps energise you into making changes that light you up. ​ I believe we're all smart and highly capable. The only thing that gets in the way is repeating old habits and not knowing how to clear them. No amount of motivation will work if you are unconsciously sabotaging your own best efforts. As your Personal Development Coach, I help you uncover the hidden aspects of your thinking so you can free yourself from old patterns and start living more freely again. This is a collaborative process because life is so much easier when someone has your back. This is an introductory session which allows you to try coaching if you haven't had it before. Unlike therapy, we don't delve into or dwell on the past, we focus on where you're at and where you want to get to.
