Chronic and accumulated stress can result in headaches, gut issues and insomnia. Reflexology and Reiki are gentle ways to help reduce stress and rebalance the body and mind. 

Meditation

Cultivating a regular meditation practice is the optimal way to reduce stress and improve heart health and mental health. I provide classes and courses as well as tips and tools to help you meditate well.
