• You want to say no to the office birthday cake or biscuits in the tea room, but keep saying yes.

 

• Whenever you've had a really stressful day, you turn to [insert your food of choice here] and wish you could stop doing that.

 

• After spending time with a particular person, or speaking with them on the phone (family, colleagues etc) you find yourself in the pantry and wish you didn't do that.

 

• In certain situations you find yourself tempted by food that you would normally be able to resist (e.g. a buffet or cocktail event, or a work or family situation where you feel obliged to indulge in order to be 'polite' and 'appropriate').

 

Whatever your situation is, I'll be taking you through a process to help identify and modify your behaviour using a neuroscience technique called Applied Behaviour Analysis.

 

I use a scientifically proven method based on over 40 years of neuroscience research. I run intro sessions (online) every couple of months so you can discover what the 8-week program entails. Changing a behaviour is always possible but it does require commitment, so the Intro Session is a way to feel if it's right for you.
