Service Description

Personal meditation instruction is helpful no matter what stage you're at but I find most people who want 1-1 tuition are either beginners or intermediate practitioners. Sometimes we reach a point in our personal meditation where we realise we want to go deeper. Or perhaps we just find it confusing, 'What is a still mind?' 'How do we really stop our thoughts?' These are common questions that arise. Having someone to guide you through the early stages or help you reach new layers can be groundbreaking for your practice. Suddenly we realise we aren't doing it wrong. We are actually right on point, we just didn't know how to connect the dots. If you're at a stage in your practice where you just want some guidance or reassurance then I would love to help you know that you are more than likely exactly on the right path. You might be ready to dive into a more spiritual aspect or it might be that you have a lot of questions or a personal experience that requires specific guidance. As a long-time meditator I've journeyed through many of the hurdles and unexpected barriers that occur during dedicated practice. As meditators, we continue to learn. My areas of expertise are providing guidance on deepening your spiritual connection through meditation as well as helping you master the art of Mindfulness. Both practices serve us well and can sit alongside each other. I have learned through meditation that the truth lives within each of us. And our meditation journey is a very personal one. But it's common to reach a fork in the road … and this is where an individual session can help. You might find that a single session is enough. Or you might feel that a series of sessions is right. You decide. This is your journey and my job is to help you tune into your deepest wisdom. If you'd like some guidance in finding your best practice I'm here to assist.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please let me know at least 12 hours in advance. Refunds will not be granted if cancellations are made within 12 hours of scheduled appointment.
